I made this with my dad. At first it was just going to be simple sunny side egg with fried rice, from the rice left over from our previous meal. The red meat stuff are cooked, however I didn’t really cook that. Only the beginning then I got nervous and let my dad take over. I’m not very confident cooking meat yet. This recipe was not planed and was made up at the spot. It was a delicious breakfast, but if I had to change something about it, it would have to be the way I coked the eggs. I cooked it to much and was hard and a little runny. It was simple, I was glad we had some rice left over but I don’t think I’ll be cooking anything meat produce anytime soon. I’m glad it turned out fine, I’m glad I didn’t burn the rice when we decided to make fried rice. I would like to cook with my mom next time, my mom is the better compared to my dad.
