I decided to work on my knife skills. I helped my mom make spaghetti, its a Filipino style one. Its sweet and has tomato sauce with hotdogs and ground beef. I’ve watched videos of other people making the same dish, all had similar instructions. But I have also asked my mom for some advise. She just told me to take it slow and be aware of your surroundings when holding a knife. I still need practice on holding the knife, I find that I tend to hold the handle very tight, like in a death grip. Which makes my hand cramp up and sore. My plan is to use this tool more often, it could be as simple like cutting oranges or spam. Anything simple is good practice.
