I made perogies with onions and mushrooms. It smelled like spice because I added seasoning salt to it. The texture of it was a bit crunchy and a bit soft and warm. The taste was spicy with a bit of salt and pepper. I didn’t use a recipe. I kinda just added stuff that made it taste good. The only challenge I really came across was just waiting for the perogies to cook all the way through. The greatest success with the dish was the final product. It tasted good and looked good. I’m pretty proud of my knife skills.
