Rustic Bread

I rated the bread 5 our of 5. The goal for this bread was to make it rustic, chewy, golden brown , and a think crust. I think that the bread me and my group met all of the requirements. The method that I used to make this bread was yeast mixture, and flour mixture. I learnt the when you use a little bit of water in your recipe you should test the water on your wrist first. I also learned that the 3 things that help yeast grow is hot water, sugar, and time. I would totally make this type of bread again.
