Mexican Rice

I rate the Mexican rice a 5 out 5 because it was so fun to make getting to out different spices in to make it our own and it also turned out really good. The goal of the dish was to make it how you like it and to out as many spices as you want until you like it. I learned that when you cut garlic after you should put salt on it so it gives it more flavour. This dish was a total success, I loved this dish so much and it was so easy to make to. I would totally make this rice again and because my family doesn’t really like spices I would put a bit less of jalapeƱo and the spicy spices.
