Buddha Bowls

I made Buddha Bowl with quinoa, chickpeas, spinach, carrots, broccoli, and avocado. My biggest success while making this dish was the finished product and how good it looked and tasted. A challenge i faced was putting the ingredients together in a neat way. I overcame this challenge by going very slowly and carefully when i added each new ingredient. First i used hearing when i was cooking the quinoa. Then touch when i was chopping up the vegetables to go in the bowl. I used smell when the quinoa was finished cooking and ready to be put into the bowl. I used my eyesight when i saw the finished product being put together. Finally i used taste when i ate the delicious Buddha Bowl.
