Personal/Social
I demonstrated my personal/social skills by setting goals based of my strengths, weaknesses and things I enjoy. Some strengths I have relating to my goals are my soccer and academic skills. Personally these are things I enjoy and consider some strengths. These strengths are used in a variety of positive ways, ultimately making them strengths.
I am able to make decisions based on my values by using my strengths to make good decisions. This is shown specifically in my goals when I said, I want to win the league championship with my soccer team. I can accomplish this by training, and going to practice everyday which so far is a success.
I have shown that I can manage and support my well-being by getting the nutrition and sleep I need which was also accompanied in my goals. I will also like to maintain a minimum of 1 hour of training and physical education everyday. This will correspond to being ready for class and on task.
I will use my physical well-being as a way to monitor how well I’m doing. I feel that if I don’t feel good my body is capable of showing that in some sort of way.
I have advocated for myself and my learning by asking for help when needed and getting any other support if needed. This is shown when I ask my teachers in many of my classes for clarification and help on homework and assignments most particularly on my socials studies assignments.
