The safety methods for these recipes include, stove, oven, knife, and grater safety. I demonstrated knife skills by chopping the salad and tzatziki ingredients, along with slicing the potatoes and chicken breast. I rate the nutrition a 9/10 because the ingredients are fresh and the recipes are well balanced with each other, although the meal could use a little more protein. There weren’t many challenges to this dish, each recipe was a simple enough process when taken one step at a time. I think everything met product standards except for the Pita bread which was a little too thick and the Kourabiedes which I forgot to mix with pecans. One of the strengths of the dish is the perfect tenderness of the potatoes and chicken, the marinade was also better than I thought it would be. Clean-up took a little longer than usual because more dishes and equipment were used. I probably won’t make Kourabiedes again because they’re too dry for my taste, but I would make every other recipe again because they really hit the spot.
