Banana Muffins

This was our second lab, We made banana muffins. In this lab we had a TOC in, so if we had questions about the kitchen she knew as much as we did, so we had to do a lot of our own problem solving and it taught us great responsibility around the kitchen. It was a muffin method and got us a little more comfortable using flour mixtures, the oven and working with our group members.

I gave myself 5 stars for this lab because everything was done smoothly and I finished with time left to spare. The muffins had a rich golden, brown color and were very moist with a good crunch layer on the top. The product standards were met.
