Breakfast Sandwich

In this lab we got to create our own breakfast sandwich from scratch. It was a quick bread method, egg cookery, knife skills and sauteing veggies. We got to use the skills we learned in the previous lab and created more eggs and scones. However, this time we incorporated cheese into our scones. I diced my peppers and sauteed them in a cast iron frying pan along with my bacon.

I gave myself 5 out of 5 on this lab because i felt it was my best lab i had performed and the sandwich tasted amazing. With all the different steps that had to be done I executed it perfectly and got everything done well and on time.
