Broth based soup

This was my first lab with my new group, so this lab was not just about executing the recipe, but getting comfortable with new people. For our broth based soup each group chose a different culture for inspiration, my group decided to do an Italian style. We incorporated many Italian seasonings such as rosemary and oregano, and had tortellini as our starch.

I gave myself a 3 on this lab because it was a little challenging to adjust with my new group members. The seasoning was a little off and we added dry rosemary instead of fresh which made a difference. The recipe didn’t turn out as good as we would have liked, but since it was our first time working with new people it went decently ok.
