November 28, 2019November 28, 2019 Brianna Pork Gyoza This was another cook off where we all got to create our own recipes and show it off for staff and students. This one was extra special because it was for Ms.Bolli’s 50th birthday!! The gyozas weren’t very difficult to make and were very tasty. For a first time making something like this my partner and I did exceptionally well! We forgot to pre cook the cabbage before added it into the gyoza. However, this did not effect them at all and they still turned out greatI gave myself a 5 because I executed the gyozas almost perfectly and my partner and I got along and worked together very well. The sauce turned out great and the gyozas were cooked perfectly. I would definitely make these again print
