Lava Cake

This lab was a lab test, so we walked in class, grabbed our recipes, asked any questions we had and went straight to work. This recipe wasn’t to challenging for it being a lab test. We melted down chocolate and butter in the microwave until it was smooth and added it into the rest of the ingredients. It wasn’t a big time consuming lab, a took little time to prepare and little time to bake.

I gave myself a 5 on this lab because I executed it well on my own with asking little questions and it turning out to product standards. It was chocolatey, gooey, firm on the outside and smooth cream on the inside. I really enjoyed making this lab because lava cake is one of my favourite desserts and I would definitely make this again.
