Greek Week

This was a two day lab all inspired with Greek dishes. The first day we used as a prep for everything, and on the second day we cooed and ate everything. Our meal included chicken souvlaki, roasted potatoes, tzatziki, Greek salad and pita bread. Each person in the group was in charge of different tasks so we could get everything done on time. I was in charge of the bread, but on the 2nd day one of my group members were away, so i had to take over the meat and potatoes.

I gave myself a 5 on this lab because it turned out amazing! I strongly enjoyed this meal, the flavors were outstanding and the presentation looked great. For being one member short my partner and I did a good job with just the two of us. I would definitely make this meal again it was tasty and healthy and was one of my favorite things we have cooked all year.
