For me technology is both stressful and relieving depending on what I’m doing for example; FaceTiming one of my friends is relieving because of the pandemic right now I can’t really see them so it’s nice to be able to talk to them. Something that stresses me out while using technology is procrastinating because I get distracted easily and having my phone there makes it much worse. I can use technology to support my wellbeing by watching a movie or listening to music and just taking a break and relaxing. I usually manage my stress by going on a walk with my dog or friends, because when I’m stressed I don’t necessarily like going on my phone I don’t know why it just doesn’t really help me that much unless I just have headphones in, but then again I wouldn’t be looking at my phone.
