These goals are mostly to improve what I achieved before, such as having decent grades. The goals also work together, as one goal can help another goal to be achieved more easily, such as finding a studying habit/routine to get an A average for grades. I value physical health and also mental health, which is why I added a better sleep schedule as one of my goals. This could also help other goals like studying/work habits. The steps to work forward and achieve these goals are things I can manage. A strategy is to divide the progress into “smaller”, manageable and specific steps. It might be a long progress, but it will make the goals more realistic and achievable in the long run.
