I know the group is working well together when I hear/ see… That we are communicating with each other, all of us in the group, not just one person. But I can always improve by talking first in the group im working with so I can try to get people talking rather than the other group members initiating the talking.

When it seems the good ideas just won’t come to me, I … I ask my peers to help me or i would ask my teacher to further expand the topic that we are suppose to think on. I can also do more research on the topic so more ideas can pop up in my head. I can improve at this by just asking more questions in general about the topic or i ask them to re word it.
CPR Reflection
What was something you learned that you didn’t know or consider before?
I learned how to properly do CPR. I always see CPR procedures in shows and movies, but I was never taught how to actually do it and the steps you have to take before doing CPR. Those would be like checking in on them, example: tapping there shoulder (steps to take before doing CPR on somebody).
What is a key takeaway from the Theory or Practical CPR unit?
To never let anyone die with out trying to help, you should try to help people when there dying even if you don’t know them. Another takeaway would be that I learned to do CPR which could help a dying person.
How does this unit connect to the nutrition unit learned previously?
It talks about health, like heart attacks and the effects it has on your body.

Creating a positive digital footprint
Making this ADL project I used the app word, I gathered up all the information I got from researching and put it into a infographic. My project talks about Digital footprint, what’s a good and bad one, and how you can have a positive one.
Personal/Social competency reflection
Some ways I keep a good and healthy online presence is to be extremely cautious of the things I do, such as texting and talking to other people online. Talking/texting (to) people online I always try not to be a rude person, I try to be a nice person because I know they are human as well, we all make mistakes at the end of the day so don’t be rude to others if they make a mistake because you do to. I know having a digital footprint can lead to negative and positive consequences, positive ones like watching funny online videos, or even doing things that can effect my future for the better. But a negative consequence would be; for example, if I do/say bad and negative things online, this could lead to people using that against me which is bad for my future. Along with that I make sure that I’m not showing any of my passwords as it could get hacked and private information about me could get leaked. Some of the ways I work to build and maintain my online relationships are by playing (with), talking and texting my friends everyday, along with that keeping things like funny photos of my friends to myself in order for them to feel safe and feel private (not incase there fine with it being shared).

- How was the ease of access in building your flipbook, despite this being the free and limited version of the software?
It was pretty easy actually, I thought it would be a bit harder but it only took me a like 5 minutes to get it set up and working.
- Were you able to apply the skills you learned in the planning stages appropriately to a digital environment?
I didn’t really have a planning sheet I just kind of went with it.
3. What were the sources you researched that made this an “authentic make-believe” American Revolution flipbook?
