Safety and Sanitation

I was successful making my scrambled eggs because I read the recipe, and watched and listened to the demo that the teacher did, which made it easier to do for myself. My partner had some challenges because he didn’t read the recipe right or didn’t watch the demo. So, his egg didn’t turn out good, and for next time I could help him out and make sure he cooked it right and read the recipe. For the safety and sanitation concerns, we had to make sure that we didn’t burn ourselves with the frying pan or pot, or broiler because when we were cooking, it was really hot. So we made it safe to cook, but not clean yet. To make it clean we had to do the 6 things that we always have to do before cooking: Hair, apron, phone away, recipe, sleeves, and lastly, washing your hands. We did that, then started cooking and reading our recipe and following it.
