Reflection

this is a snowball cookie and the first recipe to the start of Greek week. It didn’t take very long to make Yet it was a delicious recipe. My team and I worked really well together to make and to clean up really quickly. The nuts gave a nice crunchy and nutty flavour. The icing sugar gave a nice colour and sweet flavour to the cookie. There wasn’t any problems but next time I would like to try the cookie with the original nut pecan or other nuts other than walnuts or almonds.
