Communication through a group project

I demonstrated the core competency “Communication” by communicating with my group members throughout the project. We collaborated our ideas together to create one common goal. We discussed and brain stormed ideas to make our project the best it could be. I felt I was a leader in the project. There were times where we had our own ideas and views on what we wanted our project to look like and what we wanted to write down. We persevered our way through the challenges and collaborated our ideas. I can take on roles and responsibilities in a group; I do my share by staying on task and staying focused. I gave my group members different parts of the project we each can work on.
