The ways that I manage stress are, I take deep breaths if I feel I am losing control to calm myself. I manage stress also by thinking hard about what I am getting stressed about, and make it less confusing to me or planning it out in my head.
Coping with technology
At home I have a personal computer that I use everyday, I use it to play with friends, but I also use it to play games by myself. I spend most of my time at home playing games on my computer, so I do think I use it to keep my mental health good, but also to cope with what might be stressful in my life.
Technology During Covid
the 2020 outbreak at first felt like a blessing because, I got to spend all day, playing games and also playing them with my friends, and for the first few months, it was so fun and it was a blessing, but over time, it became a curse, in a way, because I became bored being on my computer, but it was still a bit fun because I was still on my computer. So I felt that being on my computer a lot, kept my stress level down, because it kept me mostly away from, covid and what not, so I was happy, but also bored.
