Refection

For my home lab i made coconut curry chicken, vegan/gluten free samosas, and gluten/dairy free cinnamon bun muffins. Everything went very well and turned out looking and tasting good. One thing that could’ve used improvement would be the wrapping on the samosas in the rice wrappers. some of them were too thin is some spots and tore a little in the oven. I made the samosas first and then the curry and lastly the muffins. The potato mixture for the samosas took longer to cook then planned it still wet well. The coconut chicken turned out to be really tasty and spicy. the muffins were super quick and easy to make. I ate with my mom and step dad, they enjoyed everything i made.
