Cooking at home #5

For cooking at home #5 I made vegetarian soft tacos with vegan meat substitutes. I used leftover lettuce from salads and the rest of the vegetarian meat substitute from earlier meals. I love tacos and this tastes really good, the meat substitute tastes almost like meat, I didn’t make it and I think my mom got it from a vegan store downtown. I made the guacamole out of really ripe avocados, sliced tomatoes, a little bit of diced onions, and some cilantro. I put the tortillas on the stove so they got a little crunchy and warm. I shredded the lettuce and mozzarella too for the toppings then used a salsa my mom made a few days before. I am proud of this because I’ve never made vegetarian tacos before and they tasted really good and I didn’t have any big challenges. Next time if I were to make this I would make beans to add to them to make them more filling.
