This lab was very easy to make and took no time at all. i wouldn’t make this recipe again because i have a way better chocolate chip cookie recipe but it was still delicious and the cookies were gooey inside and had a crunchy outside. I would rate this recipe 3 stars because overall the taste was pretty good and so was the texture but they didn’t really rise and ended up being very flat. These are very healthy cookies compared to the ones you’d buy at Costco or Starbucks. They have no fillers or chemicals and everything in it is fresh and you are aware of what it is and by using oats you are giving the cookies more iron and adds less flour making the cookie overall healthier. This recipe requires oven safety. This is a drop cookie and quick read recipe. we had no challenges for this lab because the recipe was very straight forward and we have both made cookies before so they were very successful overall. the cookie fit product standards with the exception of being a bit more risen. Our communication was great and i think we work well as a team and cleanup was easy and very simple. I would’ve added more baking powder or chilled the cookies so that they rose better or held better shape. I like how healthy these cookies are compared to other kinds.
