There were many safety precautions when making this dish, oven safety, stove safety and knife safety depending on what you included in your breakfast sandwich. This was a flour method and the scones were a quickbread we also included knife skills. this is a reasonably healthy recipe (7/10) we know where all of the ingredients came from and everything is home made and fresh. the only challenges i found when making this recipe was to time it right because this was a multi step process it was difficult to figure out when to start everything. this whole dish was a success, it was flavourful and colourful and it tasted amazing!! it definitely met product standards and exceeded it. my strengths when making this dish was definitely the scone it was flakey and delicious. our clean up and communication was great we worked very well together. i would 100% make this again i really enjoyed it. i liked that we used a cheese scone instead of bread or an english muffin in this recipe. if i were to re make this recipe i would use a fried egg instead of a poached egg just because of personal preference.
