This week we changed our focus to learn how to make greek food like the restaurants. We made a full course meal of oven roasted potatoes, chicken souvlaki, homemade pita bread, greek salad and tadziki. To finish this beautiful meal off we baked some classic greek shortbread. This was one of the best meals i’ve ever had, there were so many flavours that all complimented each other and everything tasted amazing. It was a pretty easy meal to make but it took a lot of time considering the chicken needs to marinade and the pita dough needs time to rise. Overall i’d give this meal a 10/10 it was amazing and super easy, would definitely make it again. print
