For this lab we made a pineapple delight. My goal for this lab was for the crust on the bottom to be cooked to perfection as well as a light filling for the top. I gave this lab four stars because during the process I felt it was very rushed and slightly because it was out of my comfort zone as I have never made this dessert before. A success I had during this lab was that my crust turned out perfectly and my final product was very presentable. I finished on time and had plenty of time for clean-up. I would definitely make this again for my friends and family.
