Artifact: Poetry Assignment

I demonstrated creative thinking in my assignment, I drew on experiences and personal feelings to weave my own poems. I tried my best to imitate the feelings from those experiences in creative ways by using metaphors and similes. When trying to find the right words and approaches to how to construct the poems I often created drafts of the poem and stitched together words from them until it all fit together right. In the future I’d like to learn how to better illustrate ideas and feelings in even more creative language and longer poems.

Artifact: Character Autobiography

In my TKAM Ms. Dubose body Biography I used critical thinking when analyzing this character. I looked back on writings from the book and recalled key character moments for Ms. Dubose, because the character is only present in a small portion of the book I had to make connections to behaviors and actions different from certain conclusions I’ve drawn.
