When I am stressed I usually sleep, draw, listen to music, watch movies, and read books. Among these, sleeping has always been the most effective way for me to reduce my stress. Having a long and deep sleep helps me to put me in a better mood.
Using technology had really stressed me out this year. Using teams and having assignments on devices were both new to me and I had a hard time using them. It took me quite a while to figure out how to get in the Edu blogs and how to add posts on there. Sometimes I couldn’t attend to online classes because my teams wouldn’t work. However, I think I learned more about computers by using technology and having online classes this year. Technology can be stressful, but I think it seems to be very helpful in communicating and saving time.
