Safety and Sanitation

I think this omelet was more complicated and difficult than other food receipt. I was worried about how to fold the egg in half and transfer the finished omelet to a plate. I think I did well these processes. So, it was successful and satisfying in comparison to my worries. And we had to stove safety and knife safety. I tried to turn off the oven right away when I am not using it and turn it on only when I am using it, when I am using a knife, I tried to use it carefully and I never put metal objects in microwave and close the door when not in use. And before the lap, I tied my hair, wore the apron and washed my hands. These things were important because of hygiene.
