Cooking at home#7

I made a kimchi fried rice. There are kimchi, rice, ham and egg. Kimchi fried rice need to put a half egg on top of the fried rice.

However, you don’t have to put half egg if you don’t like it. Also its more delicious if you eat it with egg soup or instant noodle soup. It tastes a little bit spicy and smells a little bit spicy, too. If I can make this dish again, I will add more powdered Korean red pepper. I had to overcome to cook only one part of the fried egg, and I should have been careful not to splash oil when sprinkling salt on the egg. My greatest success in dish was prepare the ingredients well because I prepared the ingredients so I don’t have to go to the store to buy the ingredients. I am most proud of about this experience is I did not get my mom’s help so I am proud of myself.
