This recipe was by far my favourite lab we’ve done so far. The key with making these muffins was to not overmix the batter but mine turned out phenomenal and the icing we made was also delicious. These are a perfect at home snack or even a desert and I would 100% recommend you make them because you would miss out if you didn’t. I would rate these a 5/5 but not just for the taste. The recipe was easy to follow and the instructions were clear which made it that much easier.
