This lab was a two day lab because we had to home-make our pasta from scratch which was a great learning experience and I didn’t know how easy it was to make pasta from home. The pasta we made is called Carbonara pasta and its made with an egg yolk, you cant burn of fry the egg so you have to constantly stir until desired creaminess. We added garnishes such as bacon, parmesan cheese and finally some cilantro. I would definitely make this again because it wasn’t too hard and I found it quite fun. I would rate this 5/5 star because of how delicious it was and how it wasn’t to complicated.
