Today in foods we made risotto balls with the left over risotto from last lab. We reheated the risotto and rolled them into balls, we then prepared our ingredients such as whisked eggs, breadcrumbs and cube sized mozzarella cheese. once rolled we stuffed a cubed mozzarella cheese in the middle and fried it on medium low heat for three to five minutes, then garnished. This is the second time I’ve made these and they keep getting better and better. This recipe is quite simple but the risotto making takes time but I would recommend you make these at least once because they are so good. 5/5 stars
