This week was Greek week, we started the week off by prepping our chicken by marinating it in mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce and a couple spices. We marinated it over night to ensure the flavors were all there, we next marinated our potatoes with some chicken broth, lemon juice and spices. By the next day our chicken and potatoes had been marinated and were ready for the oven/stove. We made the pita bread dough from scratch and baked it in the cast irons almost like pancakes. The Greek salad was simple and delicious as well as the homemade taziki. This has always been one of my favorite weeks/lab to do because I love Greek food and this is a great nutritious and challenging recipe to make. I rate this a 5/5 star quality.
