Reflection
I would say this was a decent lab, everything turned out well but I definitely need to step back and let my group members work on there own. I had a farley easy time getting everything ready to go for the lab and putting it togther. I difnitly think the lab was a little plain, it was just a test trial for our breakfast sandwich. I would have added a bit of cheese and some type of sauce to make all the flavors complement each other. Overall the lab was a sucess and tasted great I would definitely make it again.
