Reflection
This was a fairly easy lab, even though I have done this lab few times before it was one of the best labs to sit back and support my group members. I enjoyed making this lab because it is a great way to experiment with taste and colour for the dish. We also got to practice our knife skills and show each other how we do things. I would say this lab wen great overall the final product tasted and looked great, our group work was vey well thought out and came together quite nicely. I would make this lab again and the best part is that you can make this for any meal.
