Reflection
This lab was definitely a bi of a challenge, because you need to make sure the creeps are a thin enough but not to the point where they would evaporate completely or be to thick to look like a pancake. I really enjoyed making the blueberry sauce because had never made something like that before. It was a bit of a challenge managing the sauce and the creeps but it all came together very well. everything was cooked right and tasted great, I really leaned how to keep my head on a swivel and manage my time well staying calm.
