Making the noodles was very new, I had never really made the actual noodles. I ended up messing them up in the beginning and they were to wet, but when I re did them I knew what went wrong and fixed it right away. They turned out great after I fixed them. The second day was much easier even though the recipe was still new, I jumped in a new what to do. the lab turned out great the food was amazing and everything was seasoned just right. I would definitely make this again, and I give it a 4/5.
