Reflection
The roasted chicken was probably one of my harder home labs the chicken was pretty hard making sure everything was cooked and seasoned properly. The mash potatoes were easy I make them all the time. I have also made this salad before and its just simple tiki n make so I had more time to work on my chicken. I would give this lab a 5/5 stars.
