Reflection

We watched the demo of chef Evan one day before cooking Mexican rice. He taught us many about knife skills and we tasted the total product, it tasted really good and it made us more exited to make them. We used stove and knife safety. We practiced much in our knife skills and learned more about it. spices are really important in this food and you need to taste and season it each time for make sure it’s good for eating. we added lots of hot spices because me and my partner wanted spicy foods and we were happy if our final result.
