My American Revolution Flipbook

Media Fluency Reflection

A. How was the ease of access in building your flipbook, despite this being the free and limited version of the software?

Answer: Using Flipbook was hard at first but it got easier after I started to understand how the software worked. I don’t really know the difference between the free and paid version of the software since I don’t have the paid version, but I’m going to say that the free version got the job done.

B. Were you able to apply the skills you learned in the planning stages appropriately to a digital environment?

Answer: I was appropriately able to apply the skills I had learned in the planning stages to a digital environment after a few trials and errors.

C. What were the sources you researched that made this an “authentic make-believe” American Revolution flipbook?

Answer: Some of the main sources I used to make this authentic make-believe flipbook were Wikipedia and History but there were many other websites I visited along the way.

D. Is there other software online that could have done the job better? Did you use another software instead? Explain.

Answer: I know that there is PowerPoint and I know PowerPoint could have done the job better than Flipsnack but I stuck with Flipsnack because I wanted to try something new out.
