I think I manage my stress and wellbeing pretty well. When I’m really stressed I try not to overthink. When I’m stressed about school, I make sure I take breaks in between studying so I don’t get overwhelmed. Technology is more of a coping mechanism than a cause of stress, to get my mind away from things I like to go on my phone and watch Netflix, play games etc. Sometimes technology will give me stress though, like when I hear false things on social media, or when my assignment doesn’t want to be turned in; I still think technology is more helpful for my stress than not and I probably couldn’t live without it.
