My veggie frittata was very flavourful, thick, held together and cooked all the way through. I would rate it a 9/10 because it has most food groups, obtains low sodium, carbs and fats. Before putting everything together my partner and I had to pre cook the potatoes. We put them in the oven with oil and some salt and pepper after cutting them up into thin slices. We did this because we wanted to be fully cooked. This dish was very filling and I would recommend making this for a lunch at home with any ingredients I have lying around my home. Its very similar to an omelette and a quiche but in my opinion I liked the flavours and tastes of the frittata over the other two. I used my knife skills and used prior knowledge to help myself succeed in finishing this dish!
