Garlic Roast Chicken

This is the most recent recipe I’ve made. I made garlic roast chicken and this one was my favourite so far. It was really moist and we didn’t need to marinate the chicken in the fridge. This time everything was the same as the other recipe; I had to tenderize the meat, add olive oil and all the seasoning such as paprika, onion powder, brown sugar, and oregano. What made this meal different and taste so much better was when the meat was half way done cooking I added minced garlic and melted butter. It just added the final touches to the meal to make it taste so flavourful and juicy. I would make this recipe again for sure. I then made steamed broccoli, first time trying that out and I know its not the hardest recipe but I’m proud to say I didn’t over cook it. I hate mushy broccoli! Lastly, I made mashed potato because I didn’t have much other ingredients for a side dish but this time I added Onion powder to try something new and I really enjoyed it!
