Schnitzel

This dish was amazing. I tried to make schnitzels for the first time with pork. As a side dish I made mashed potato, believe it or not that I have never made mashed potato in my life. I have cooked many dishes before but mashed potato has not been one of them. It was hard to make and I’d make it again in a heart beat because its one of my favourite side dishes. I also added green peas because I wanted a vegetable in my dish. The schnitzels was the hardest part, I had to use oil again to fry it and thank goodness I didn’t burn my hands. I had to flip them after a few minutes and then when they were done I put a meat thermometer into the thickest meat to check if they were fully cooked. They were done! My family enjoyed the meal that night! I would recommend this whole meal everything matched each other perfectly and I had no complaints.
