Self-Reflection: Describe how the artifact you selected shows your strengths & growth in specific core competencies. The project I picked for my reflection was the stock market project because it was one of the bigger projects I’ve done for marketing, and the core competency I picked is creative thinking because I demonstrated lots of it during this project.I had to critically think in the sense of choosing what stocks I feel would increase and be most profitable and how long they would be profitable for and if they would grow or decrease meaning I’d have to think when was the best time to sell and best time to keep them. I think in the future to develop my critically thinking skills I’d try and do more research beforehand than just pick things that I’d figure would do good.
Titration is the most common method used in labs to figure out quantitative chemical analysis in which will determine a concentration of an identified liquid. A reagent is a term used to describe that defines the titrant or titrator. Which is normally prepared as a standard solution of a known concentration and volume.
The titration which was used to show the change in how much of it was needed to change the color of a substance, the titration which was used was10 ml of NaOH.
The endpoint of the titration is the indicator phenolphthalein will be used to show when the number of moles of acid equals the number of moles of base.
The way you know you have reached the endpoint of the titration was when the substance changed color and became purple
The concentration result of HCL was .175 M
Communication:
I used Communication during the titration lab to communicate both better ways of doing things to my group members and directions that may have been missed. For example when nick was pouring the 10 ml of NaOh I told him to get a smaller drop when the color began to change and how to exactly do it. So I used communication as a core proponent during the lab.
During this activity I had to write a presentation about a famous criminal, I choose Aaron Hernandez a former all American NFL star who was convicted of murdering his wifes sisters husband. I was supposed to make a PowerPoint with pictures to describe Aarons childhood, his adult life and his trial and facts leading up to the point.

I ask teachers and peers to get a better understanding of specific aspects after taking in their ideas and reflecting on how these ideas they can be added to and more specifically to my presentation. I took ideas of how to incorporate my way of thinking easier to understand.

I can work with my peers and people around me to understand how to make a plan that works with group members in the way of a time that works for all of us, as well as evenly splitting up work so everyone does their fair share and organizing times to talk/meet to go over the work.

This is something i struggle with in the way that i normally develop creative work all at once I don’t really add on to my thinking overtime normally just create and develop a creative body of work all at once which is something i can do better if i can add on to it overtime.
o Tell us what you made! I made chicken Parmesan with spaghetti
o Use the 5 senses to write a description, It looked very cheesy and you could see the sauce bubbling, It smelled like cheesy chicken with tomato, heard, It was bubbling, Touch it was hot and steamy, it tasted very juicy and cheesy.

If you have a link to a recipe or a photo that you can share of it, please do! 5 chicken breast breaded and washed in egg than thrown into oil and crisped while this is happening you want to get your spaghetti and sauce going when all your chicken is done your sauce should be hot enough to base the bottom of your tray you than put you you chicken over the cause you put Parmesan cheese on top and than another layer of sauce and than you throw into your oven
o If you were to make this dish again, what would you change? Nothing it tasted very good
o What challenges did you have to overcome? How did you overcome them? Needing to find the grater for the cheese i over came this by looking hard for the cheese grater.
o What was your greatest success in this dish (either in the final product, or in the preparation)? Why? The preparation because the smells of the kitchen were the best.
o What are you most proud of about this experience? Why? Im most proud of being able to make and eat something that is one of my most favorite meals.

o Use the 5 senses to write a description it tasted good the smoked flavor of the prosciutto mixed with the chicken tasted very nice it didn’t smell much but smelled like chicken in the oven. feel n/a hear n/a it looks weird but good when u cut into it

o What was your greatest success in this dish (either in the final product, or in the preparation)? Why? the preparation because it was hard to get the prosciutto off the plastic wrap so i felt more accomplished when it was done
o What are you most proud of about this experience? Why? the way it came out very good and juicy
The lab went well and we didnt have much trouble. Good things that happened during the lab were, the pancakes came out the regular size and were edible. Didn’t have any challenges but the pancakes didn’t taste that great. Next time id make a different recipe.
I think one of the most important and useful kitchen tools has got to be the spatula.
The reason I picked the spatula was because its something I use when cooking often.
Its used for flipping things and spreading things.
The lab went well. Some things we were good at during the lab is that we communicated and went in with a clear plan which decided who did what.
There wasn’t many challenges during this lab due to it being pretty easy to understand and finish.
Its important to have communication when cooking with others because, if you need something or need help with something all you need to do is ask your partner. Also communication between the person whos doing the same job as you can be most beneficial because, you can communicate who gets what tools for the lab.
Good communication looks like checking in with your group members and it also can be making a plan with your group on how to do the lab correctly.
No communication during a lab makes the lab harder and more dangerous if you have no one communicating during a lab you wont be the first group to finish and will probably the last. Also when theres no communication accidents can happen and accidents can ruin cooking and can be dangerous for example dropping a knife in the sink to wash and the dw doesn’t see it and cuts themselves.
Ways you can go around the issues above are, by being more careful and using communication.
During the banana muffin lab Avril and I represented communacation in the way of making a plan before we started cooking she said shed pour all of the batter into the muffin tins while I get her the tools she needed, rubber spatula, and the muffin tin.
What is innovative about your visual representation? I think that the clothes a shoulder guards I put on myself is innovative.
How did you generate and develop your ideas while working on this project? I would click on the options and see what ones looked best/ represented me best and I attached them to my character.
What did you enjoy about your visual representation? That hes tall, kinda looks like me, hes strong, and hes wearing a nice looking watch
What would you improve on for next time? I think I would take off the gloves and make his a little bit darker because hes a little to white and kinda looks like a ghost.
What did you learn about your creative ability during this process? That I suck at art and I cant really visually represent myself super well.
