These cookies were a different method because we didn’t drop them or roll them with our hands. We used a small ice cream scooper. The cookies product standards should be same size and shape because we used a scooper for all cookies. These cookies were combined by an electric mixer while creaming the ingredients together.We read the blog for the recipe to get hints, and one important hint that I got from the blog was to let the cookies cool down completely before we dust them with icing sugar. This was also different from other cookie recipes because we didn’t have eggs added into the creamer mixture. Another thing that was important was to make sure that the dough was smooth when adding the almonds/walnuts. The taste was quite salty and had a tart flavour, which was not my favourite. I enjoyed the process of making them.
