I use to stress a lot, especially last year. I went to counselling every week and it really did help. Technology does help me deal with stress. For example, when I feel stressed or worried I watch YouTube or Netflix and it gets my mind off of things. But technology also sometimes causes me stress like when I see a post on social media that I fell uncomfortable with or when I see something on the news and that causes my stress. This year, technology has helped me when I am stressed, by watching Netflix. How technology can help my wellbeing is reducing my time on technology, being careful of what I watch, and enjoy the things I love.
