A. How was the ease of access in building your flipbook, despite this being the free and limited version of the software?

For me, building the flipbook was pretty easy. I have used another thing like this before on my other ADL project on commas, so it wasn’t hard for me to figure out how to work the software. and even though it was the free version I still thought I didn’t need to do anything else.

B. Were you able to apply the skills you learned in the planning stages appropriately to a digital environment?

Yes, I was able to apply the things I did in the planning stages to the digital environment. For the planning I drew out what I was going to do on a piece of paper, and since I understood how to use FlipSnack already I was able to do my flipbook easily.

C. What were the sources you researched that made this an “authentic make-believe” American Revolution flipbook?

D. Is there other software online that could have done the job better? Did you use another software instead? Explain.

I didn’t really try any other software because I really liked this one and I found that it was good for the project. I don’t think other software would’ve done the flipbook part, and I liked that part so I stuck with FlipSnack. I will probably use it for other projects in the future. I also used an app called ibis paint x on my phone along with FlipSnack to draw the images that I included in my flipbook. At first I didn’t know how to upload my own images to the flipbook, but I looked through the options for the actions and found the upload and uploaded my images.
